Required To Sign Before Race Track Entry:
WAIVER #1 & WAIVER #2

Race Participant Policy

Group Size Limitations

- Racing teams, including drivers and accompanying personnel will be limited to 10 persons. Race Participants are accompanying personnel and are inclusive of drivers and team members only (“Race Participants”)

- All Race Participants are required to sign in upon arrival, to include name, signature, phone number and time of entry.

Symptom, Temperature, and Exposure Screening

- All Race Participants will be individually asked if they have experienced any symptoms compatible with COVID-19: “Have you experienced cough, cold, fever, flu-like symptoms, or loss of taste or smell within the last 14 days?”

- All Race Participants will be individually asked if they have been exposed to individuals with known or suspected COVID-19: “Have you been exposed to anyone with possible COVID-19 in the last 14 days?”

- 14 days is chosen for symptoms, because at least 99% of infected individuals develop symptoms by day 14, and recent CDC statements suggest infected individuals are unlikely to still be contagious after day 6 of illness.

- If any Race Participant reports symptoms of or exposure to COVID-19, or is found to have an elevated body temperature, that individual and all accompanying family, friends, and/or teammates will be excluded from the premises unless that Race Participant can provide current documentation from a healthcare provider or their local health department that they do not require isolation or quarantine. For example, an individual who has been evaluated and tested for COVID-19, or who has an alternative medical diagnosis, or whose exposure has been vetted by their public health department, may enter the premises and participate if they present current documentation (under 48 hours old) to that effect.

- Race Participants who are normally employed in healthcare environments (e.g. nurses or EMTs) who have had COVID-19 exposure only in work environments will not be considered “exposed” assuming unbroken use of recommended personal protective equipment.

On-Site Infection Prevention Procedures

- Hand sanitizer dispensers will be available throughout the premises.

- All Race Participants over age 5 must wear masks covering their nose and mouth at all times whenever they are unable to consistently maintain six feet of distance from other attendees, including members of their own racing team. Masks will be provided to anyone who does not have his or her own. Dragway employees will supervise Race Participants to ensure compliance with distancing, masking, and team size requirements, and anyone who fails to comply will be asked to leave immediately.

- Race Participants must be masked at all times whenever they are unable to consistently maintain six feet of distance from other attendees, including members of their own racing team. This will be true for all sites, including the “pit” area where race participants prepare their vehicles. Race drivers are not required to be masked while they are physically inside their own race vehicle, tow vehicle or wearing their helmet. Dragway employees will patrol the pit areas to ensure that team size limits, masking and distancing requirements are being followed by participants and anyone who fails to comply will be asked to leave immediately.

- Markers will be placed on the ground where visitors queue for admission and for concessions. Markers will be placed 10 feet apart, ensuring that there is adequate space between groups with more than one visitor. Concession stands/ Snack Bars lines will be limited to a maximum of 20 people at a time.

- Restroom attendants will limit the number of individuals in restrooms at any given time. Restrooms shall be cleaned multiple times per day while facility is open using a bleach solution.

- The outdoor bleachers may be used by Race Participants and employees only to maximize space available for social distancing. When using the outdoor bleachers, Participant Groups will be seated such that there is a minimum of six feet between them and the next neighboring individual or group, and a minimum of one empty row to their front.

- All food preparation and service personnel will be required to wear gloves and masks at all times. All food service is carryout only. Plexiglass shield are to be installed at all locations were food is provided and payment for same is made. All concession stands will be cleaned daily with a bleach solution.
